What Equipment is right for you?

Choosing the right Message On-Hold equipement doesn't have to be rocket science. The Production Department will provide the equipment that satisfies your Message On-Hold needs.

Cassette:
Loads a standard cassette into flash memory. Allows for only a single Message On-Hold program.

Compact Disc:
Loads either Audio Disc or Data Disc into flash memory. Can have multiple tracks for multiple Message On-Hold programs.

Remote Load:
Connected to either an analog fax line or dedicated phone line and connected and loaded remotely over standard analog phone lines.

Network Protocal:
Mp3 files are transfered directly to the Message On-Hold unit. The file is delivered through the internet and transferred by the end user or is directly loaded to the equipment using an IP address.

All our equipment has flash memory.. so there are no moving parts to wear over time. And in the event of a power outage the Message On-Hold program is stored in memory so there is no reloading when power is restored.
