These units require proprietary software that we have on site at The Production Department and connect from our studios to your on-site equipment. We'll have you up and running Message On-Hold in no time!

Troubleshooting Message On-Hold Equipment

I am not hearing audio while On-Hold?

1. Make sure the MOH equipment has power..
2. Check the RCA audio cable, is it connected at both ends..
3. Check the volume on the MOH equipment..
4. Contact The Production Department

We are unable to remotely connect to the equipment

1. Make sure the Phone MOH equipment has power..
2. Check the Phone line, is it connected..
3. Confirm the Phone Number..
4. Contact The Production Department

2. Check the Interternet cable, is it connected..
3. Confirm that the equipment has access to the Internet..
